As a child, Sarah was right at home in the costume workshop of a university. Her mother was costumer, her father a leather craftsman. She has inherited a love of color, contrast and pattern and is pleased to make use of her designer's eye and instinct. She is also the VYT scout at thrift stores, junk shops and Goodwill, garnering many finds to serve VYT's commitment to original hand-made costumes of 95% recycled materials.
