TEEN COMPANY    

The oldest known English epic poem, Beowulf has been translated into many languages, made into movies and taught in college curriculum. Beowulf the Warrior sails fully armored with his soldiers to Denmark, where King Hrothgar, Queen Wealtheow and the Danes suffer under the bloody tyranny of the ravenous monster, Grendel.  Will Beowulf lift the curse or perish in the attempt?

THE HERO PRINCE OF IRELAND

 FIRST COMPANY (8-12)

Can Red Sean save Ireland from its doom? Will the horrible Urfeist drag all the Irish princesses into the sea? Who are the Bog Creatures? Can Sean keep his hero’s promise while contending with a hot-headed Warrior Princess? And what about the conniving fairies and leprechauns?  With original music and Irish songs.

HOBBITS OF THE SHIRE

BEGINNER COMPANY (4-7)        How to Be a Hobbit.                    

Hobbits are small, but brave. Peaceful village dwellers who hate to leave home, they will nonetheless venture into peril and even defend themselves if absolutely necessary. Basic theater skills learned through singing, dancing, acting, trying on costumes, creating a story.  With  music by Mussorgsky, Borodin, Saint-Saens, Grieg.
